Diese Bezeichnung trifft gut auf meine Wohnung zu.
Ich werde die Wohnung vom 01.08.2018 - 31.03.2019 zur Untermiete bereitstellen.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel (vom 01.08 bis 31.08.).
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, (auch Internet steht dir zur verfügung) dir wird es an nichts fehlen. Wir haben eine recht große Terrasse, die du gerne mit benutzen kannst. Die Nachbarn sind alle super nett und wir grillen, oder sitzen, auch gerne mal zusammen.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Räume: Einmal das Schlafzimmer und einmal die große Küche mit Essbereich, was man auch als Wohnzimmer nutzen kann.
Von der Wohnung in den Garten führt eine Feuerleiter, welche man auch als Balkon verwenden kann.

Sie befindet sich in Fingern Nord in einer ruhigen, Einbahnstraße, somit ist hier wenig Verkehr. Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof liegt, bekommt man von den Straßen nichts mit. Sehr ruhige Gegend, trotzdem Zentral. Mit Dem Fahrrad 10 min. in die Innenstadt, mit der Bahn 15 min.
