The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has one big bedroom, one living room with a separate kitchen next to it, the hallway, bathroom, and a big balcony. In addition, there is a small room as a storage space - which can also be used as a walk-in closet if you like. Both main rooms are very big and bright and the living room gets a lot of light during the day (and a lot of sun in the spring/summer time).
The apartment can be rented out fully unfurnished or partially furnished. Since we are moving to Berlin, there are several furniture items like the kitchen and other things that can stay in the apartment, which are negotiable. Preference will be given to people who want to take some of the furniture.
The area is great. There is a tram and bus station nearby and the Wehrhahn station is a 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets close to the building are: Netto and Rewe. The best part of the hood are the galleries and the nice coffee shops.
