Hallo,
ab Ende November 2010 steht meine ca. 71m2 große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Verfügung. Sie liegt an einer ruhigen "Tempo 30"-Einbahnstraße und keine 2 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation "Kettwiger Str." entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn sind es lediglich zwei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Das Beste an der Wohnung (neben der ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage): Sie wurde vor einem halben Jahr komplett renoviert/modernisiert!
Das Bad ist sehr groß und besitzt eine neue Badewanne sowie eine neue Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine (ebenfalls erst 6 Monate alt) könnte übernommen werden.
Meine Küche ist ca. 4 Monate alt - ja, ich konnte zwei Monate ohne Küche überleben ;-) - und sollte abgekauft werden.
Eine WG-Tauglichkeit ist aufgrund eines "Durchgangzimmers" eingeschränkt; für ein Paar jedoch ideal.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Saturn, Praktiker) liegen gleich um die Ecke.

Da ich tagsüber berufstätig bin und bei der Arbeit nicht gestört werden möchte/sollte, bitte mir eine sms schreiben, ich rufe abends zurück.
