Die Wohnung selbst ist gerade frisch renoviert worden und fertig zum Einzug. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich besonders durch ihre Helligkeit aus. Besonders schön ist auch der Schnitt der Wohnung der in den 45qm viel Platz schafft und die Wohnung auch WG tauglich macht.

Man hat auch die Möglichkeit beide Zimmer einzeln zu Mieten, also seperate Mietverträge zu beantragen.

Zimmer 1 270 kalt +( 50 Euro Küche) + 65 € warm (o. Küche 290€) für 12.25qm
Zimmer 2 330 € kalt+ ( 50 Euro Küche) + 65 € warm für 16qm

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man braucht nur 20 min zu Fuß zur berühmten Königsallee. Die Nachbarschaft zeichnet sich durch viele schöne Läden und verschiedene Supermärkte ( vom Lidl bis zum Rewe ) aus. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle von der man so ziemlich überall hinkommt. Die Umgebung hat auch sehr viele Resturants, bei denen für jeden was dabei ist.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit von Vermieter auf Wunsch noch eine Einbauküche einzubauen. Die Einbauküche würde pro Zimmer 50 Euro pro Monat extra kosten, aber man kann auch seine eigene Küche mitbringen.
