Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, ca 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Südende der Kö entfernt.
Die Küche hat zwei riesige Panorama-Fenster (Wintergarten-Charakter). Dusche und WC sind getrennt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung recht hell, außerdem ruhig, da zur Rückseite gelegen. Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 715 vor der Haustür (Luisenstraße).
Gegen geringen Abstand würde ich gerne einige Möbel dem Nachmieter überlassen (Lampen, Couch, Bett, Keiderschrank, Regale).
