Die Whg hat ein kleineres Schlafzimmer (etwa 15 qm) und ein größeres Wohnzimmer (etwa 20 qm). Die Wohnung ist auch WG-geeignet (habe sie mir 4 Jahre lang mit meiner Mitbewohnerin geteilt).
An die Küche schließt sich ein schöner Balkon an. Laminat ist verlegt. In Küche und Flur befinden sich weiße Fliesen, im Bad schwarz-graue Fliesen.
Sie liegt in einer super zentralen Lage, direkt am Real-Markt, auch die Bilker Arkaden und der Bilk S-Bahnhof sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Altstadt ist über einen Radweg innerhalb von etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 - 15 Minuten entfernt.
Viele Bars und Restaurants, z.B. auf der Friedrichstraße, liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Gegen Abstandszahlung zu übernehmen wäre die Küche und ggf. noch weiteres Mobiliar.
