Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit Anbindungen in alle möglichen Richtungen direkt vor der Tür,sei es S-Bahn, Straßenbahn U-Bahn oder Bus. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 3 Minuten Fahrt, bis in die Altstadt 7. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, da erst vor kurzem das Haus komplett renoviert wurde. Inklusive der Miete ist auch Internet, Haustelefon und allerlei sonstige Nebenkosten enthalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich nach 3 Minuten Fußweg.
