Die sehr hübsche und sanierte Altbauwohnung ist insgesamt 73 m² groß. Es gibt neben Küche/Bad drei weitere Zimmer (2x 17 m², 1x 20 m²). Sie kann somit sowohl als Pärchenwohnung als auch als WG genutzt werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Innenhof mit reichlich Grün, der von allen Parteien des Hauses genutzt werden kann.
Ebenfalls zur Wohnung gehört ein geräumiger Kellerraum und ein kleiner Extraraum im Hausflur, in den man beispielsweise die Waschmaschine stellen kann. Parkplätze sind gut in Hausnähe zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 6-7 Minuten fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf, dementsprechend befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich öffentlicher Nahverkehr direkt um die Ecke. Altstadt und Innenstadt erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr.
Die Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße (Allee) ohne Durchgangsverkehr gelegen.
