Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG. Die zwei ca. 15 qm großen Zimmer liegen auf der Seite zur Straße, verfügen aber über relativ neue Schallschutzfenster. Die Küche ist ca. 18 qm groß. Tageslicht Bad mit Badewanne. Der allgemeine Zustand ist gut, die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 7 Jahren kernsaniert.
Ich habe vom Vormieter eine Einbauküche übernommen, dieses würde ich für ca. 200€ gerne weitergeben.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter/Ersatzmieter zum 01.04.2019. bzw. 15.04.2019.
Der Hbf ist von der Wohnung zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Daher optimal für Pendler. Ein Netto ist ca. 300 m entfernt.
Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Da ich berufstätig bin, können Besichtigungen nur abends erfolgen. Bitte gibt in deiner Anfrage an, was du/ihr beruflich macht.
