The apartment is newly renovated with all appliences already provided. Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, oven. The bathroom is huuuuuuge and with a washing machine, hanging dryer and a clothing rack. There are three rooms, 2 of which are connected. Some of the bedroom furniture was given by our landlords and it will stay there, some stuff we bought ourselves and if you wamt we can sell it to you at a cheap price.
NOTE: Internet is included only for the month of August. Radio and television tax is also not included
Great location and connections. Tram, U-bahn,s-bahn and a bus station in front of the door. 5 min to Hauptbahnhof via the public transport, 20 min by foot. Nearby are aldi, edeka and penny and a variety of turkish shops with fresh produce
I am personally subletting my room from July but the other two girls are leaving in August. We want someone to take over the contract from then on. For this reason, the lanlords would require financial status, working contract and so on. Text me when you have more questions :)
