Hallo zusammmen
ich suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine nette 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Düsseldorf Pempelfort.
Es gibt eine kleine Einbauküche, sonst ist die Wohnung unmöbliert. Kabel TV Anschluss und DSL Anschluss sind vorhanden, allerdings nehme ich meinem DSL Vertrag mit, hier müsstet Ihr also einen neuen abschließen.
Es gibt pro Raum ein großes Fenster zum Hinterhof raus und einen hellen Laminatboden, sodass die Wohnung gesamt sehr hell ist.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 430,- Euro + ca 20,- Euro Strom
Die Lage ist bestens im Herzen von Pempelfort ca. 200m von der Nordstr. entfernt. REWE, ALDI, Kaisers, Bäcker, Post und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke auf der Nordstr.
Straßenbahn und U Bahn Linie U78/79 sind zu Fuß in 2 min. erreichbar. In die Innenstadt zur Heinrich Heine Allee ist es eine Station mit der U Bahn.
Die Vermieter wünschen sich als Nachmieter/in entweder eine/n Studenten/in mit Elternbürgschaft oder jemanden der schon im Beruf ist, gerne auch Berufsanfänger.
