Zum 01. April wird meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Düsseldorf-Rath frei. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor meinem Einzug (vor ca. 1 1/2 Jahren) komplett saniert. Sie hat ein kleines Bad, dafür aber mit Fenster und einen Durchbruch im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung besticht vor allem durch den schönen Dielenboden und die sonnige Lage.
Direkt vor der Tür findet Dienstags und Samstags ein kleiner Wochenmarkt statt, aber auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden.
Ideal ist hier die Verkehrsanbindung. Mit der S6 ist man in 8 Min. am Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf, die 701 hält ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür und es gibt eine direkte Anbindung an die A 52 Richtung Ruhrgebiet.
Eine kleine Einbauküche und ein Badezimmerschrank sind vorhanden, hierfür möchte ich gerne einen Abschlag von insgesamt 100 Euro (Vb.) von meinem Nachmieter.
