Ich vermiete meine Wohnung wegen eines beruflichen Auslandsaufenthaltes von Januar bis April. Zwei Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer), Küche und Bad, voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, alle Zimmer liegen zum Innenhof. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und hat eine gute Mietergemeinschaft.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche (mit Waschmaschine) und Bad.
DIe Wohnung liegt in Stadtmitte an der Kölner Str., im direkten Umfeld gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Discounter, Bäcker, Cafés, Einkaufsstraße mit Kaufhäusern).
Zum Hbf sind es <10min zu Fuß, alle U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnlinien sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Hofgarten ist man in 10 min zu Fuß, zum Rhein ist es auch nicht sehr weit.
Bei Bedarf kann mein Hollandrad genutzt werden.
Ein- und Auszugstermin sind etwas flexibel und können individuell abgesprochen werden.
