Großer, kürzlich renovierter 20qm Raum mit einem Bett 1,20 x 2,00m für ein bis zwei Personen, und ein separates Einzel-Zustellbett. Eine weitere Gäste Matratze kann bereit gestellt werden (1-4 Personen). Bad mit Dusche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Fön sind hier. Tisch und Stühle sind im Zimmer. Das Apartment liegt sehr nah an der Innenstadt, Fußweg zur „Kö“ ca. 15 Min. , herrlicher Weg am Rhein entlang bis zur Altstadt. Ruhige Gegen, jedoch sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittelanbindungen, zum Supermarkt sind es 5 Gehminuten, geöffnet von Mo.-Sa. Bis 24:00. Ich werde während dieser Zeit auch in dem Apartment wohnen. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich, im Apartment selbst ist rauchen nicht erlaubt. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis von € 8,- möglich. Für die Schlüssel nehme ich eine Kaution von € 300,-, die am letzten Tag zurück gegeben werden. Fotos sende ich gerne auf Anfrage.

Large, newly renovated room 20sm with a bed 1,20 x 2,00m for one or two persons and another additional single bed. Another guest mattress can be provided (1-4 people). Bathroom with shower, bed sheets, towels and dryer can be provided. Apartment is located very close to the city centre (walking distance "Kö" about 15 min. , lovely walk along the Rhine to the old town). Quiet area, however great public transport connections, supermarket 5 min. walk, open from Mo.-Sa. until 12pm. For the keys I will take a caution of € 300.- Euro. Smoking is possible on the balcony, however not allowed in the apartment. Breakfast is € 8.00 additional. I will live inside the apartment during the time period.
