Suche einen Nachmieter für den 1. Juli. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Bilk in einer ruhigen Strasse, hinter dem real. Es ist wirklich eine Top zentrale und ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung ist recht gut aufgeteilt in ein Schlafzimmer, grosser Wohnküche, Bad mit Badewanne und Diele. Bodenbelag sind Fliesen und Laminat. 395,- EUR inklusive Heizung ist die Monatsmiete, die ich jetzt zahle. Hinzu kommen bei mir noch 30,- EUR für Strom. Die vorhandene EBK sollte inkl. aller Geräte übernommen werden. Kostenpunkt 850,- EUR. Inkl. WaMa Spülmaschiene, Cerankochfeld, Bakoffen, Kühlschrank. Nach Wunsch können auch weitere Möbel übernommen werden. Am Dienstag ist ein Besichtigungstermin Möglich. Fotos folgen
