In Unterbilk wird ab 1.September bis Ende Jahr eine super schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete frei!
Die Zimmer sind teilmöbiliert mit grossem Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl und ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Es eignet sich sowohl für Studenten wie auch für Berufstätige und ist auch Wg-tauglich. In der kleinen Küche hats auch ne Waschmaschiene und die süsse Sitzbadewanne versprüht auch ihren Scharm. Im Wohn-/Arbeits-/Aufenthaltszimmer kann man auch mal Abends zu einem Gläschen Wein quatschen oder ganz einfach Arbeiten. Schnelles Internet ist auch vorhanden.
Die Lage ist super an den ÖV angebunden (2min Bus, 5min U-Bahn) und der Bäcker und Rewe sind auch gleich ums Eck.
Die Wohnung wird bis Ende Jahr (Jan/Dez) zu bewohnen sein, dann wird das Haus leider renoviert.
