Ich suche dringend eine Nachmieterin/einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Volmerswerth, da ich mit meiner Freundin zum 1.6.10 zusammen ziehe.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Türe und man benötigt 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, da sie gut geschnitten ist. Im Mietpreis enthalten sind die Einbauküche, eine Waschmaschinenstellplatz sowie ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der bei Bedarf aber vermietet werden kann.
Auf Wunsch können auch einige Möbel übernommen werden. Bei den Besichtigungsterminen bin ich sehr flexibel.
