ich fange einen neuen Job in Bayern an, möchte meine Wohnung aber nicht direkt aufgeben und suche daher eine*n Zwischenmieter*in bis mindestens Ende Juni. Ein*e Wochenendpendler*in wäre ideal, weil ich davon ausgehe, auch am Anfang ab und zu in Düsseldorf zu sein. Der Preis ist an Wochenendpender ausgerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, geräumig und gemütlich. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine Siebträgermaschine und Mühle für guten Kaffee, eine hochwertige HiFi-Anlge, ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Sprossenwand für das Homeworkout, ein Saug- und Wischroboter, neue Waschmaschine, …

Mit der Haltestelle Eller-Mitte besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV (3-5 min zu Fuß), sodass man in 7 min am Hauptbahnhof ist. Die ist sehr ruhige Lage und der Balkon mit weitem Blick ins Grüne erlauben es sich bestmöglich vom Alltag zu erholen.
Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens (REWE, Netto, DM, Markt, Bäcker) sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Mir ist ein ordentlicher Umgang mit meiner Einrichtung wichtig.
