Ab sofort suche ich für meine DG-Wohnung, die im dritten OG liegt, einen Nachmieter. Zu dem Apartment zählen zwei hübsche Zimmer. Kisten oder Ähnliches lassen sich im ebenfalls vorhandenen Kellerraum verstauen. Die Einbauküche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine, sowie Herd und Kühlschrank muss gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ VB übernommen werden.

Außerdem können folgende Möbel Übernommen werden:

2 Regale 1,88m x 0,48m x 0,4m
1 Regal 0,96m x 0,48m x 0,4m
2 Schränke 1,42m x 0,48m x 0,4m
2 Nachttische 0,51m x 0,48m x 0,4m
1 Bett 0,3m x 1,5m x 2m

I am now looking for a new tenant for my DG apartment, which is located on the third floor. The apartment has two nice rooms. Boxes or something similar can be stored in the cellar room which is also available. The fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, as well as stove and refrigerator must be taken over for 200€ VB.
