Suche Nachmieter für 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Duisburg Neudorf.
Ich würde gerne die Küche, die Waschmaschine und einige Möbel weitergeben.
Abzugeben wären alle Möbel die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind.
In den beiden Zimmern ist Laminat verlegt. In Küche, Flur und Bad liegen Fliesen.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil.
Fenster und Balkon wurden letztes Jahr erneuert bzw. angebaut.
Hauptbahnhof und B-Bereich innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Haltestelle mit Verbindung zum Haupt-Campus ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar (Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann)
Die Wohnung wäre wenn alle Möbel etc. übernommen werden von mir aus ab sofort verfügbar.
Ich vermute mal Vonvia benötigt jedoch noch einige Tage bis dann alles geklärt ist.
Für mich wäre es wichtig das mindestens die Küche und das Laminat übernommen werden. Beide sind in einem guten Zustand mit nur leichten Gebrauchsspuren.
