Eine Wohnung mit dem unverfälschten Charme des Altbaus. Unsaniert, original, echt. Die Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte (unter anderem, dass ich etwas unordentlich bin - das ist zu deinem/eurem Einzug natürlich alles schön aufgeräumt).
Zum Bus 1 Minute zu Fuß.
Zum Bahnhof 15 Minuten zu Fuß, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Zur Fachhochschule Waldcampus 10 Min, Stadtcampus 15 min zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles innerhalb 15 min zu Fuß (Bioladen, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka).
5 Minuten und man ist im Wald.
Nachbarn sind alle sehr ruhig und entspannt.
Hinter der Küche befindet sich eine sehr geräumige Kammer bzw. ein kleines Zimmer mit einer Hochebene.
Warmwasser sind in Küche und Bad über einen Elektroboiler (die sind bei mir aber immer aus). Die Badewanne hat einen Badeofen.
Der Balkon ist ein Traum - ich bin da ständig. Ob zum Essen, Kaffe trinken, Buch lesen oder rumsitzen. Just Relax.
