Suche Nachmieter für meine zentral gelegenen 2 Raum Wohnung.
Sie ist sehr groß und gut geeignet für junge Paare.
Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und ruhig.
Auch die Straße oder anderes hört man kaum in der Wohnung.
Leider muss ich wegen meines Studiums Ausziehen und brauche dafür einen Nachmieter.
Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist das leider kein nutzbarer Keller vorhanden ist.
Das Gegenständliche Objekt befindet sich im Eisenacher Zentrum, in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Schwarzen Brunnen. Der Eisenacher Marktplatz und die Innenstadt mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Öffentliche Personen nahverkehr, sind fußläufig in Zwei Minuten erreichbar.
Eine Ecke weiter befindet sich ebenfalls die Recht beliebte Kleinkunst Kneipe Schorschl.
Hunde sind nicht erlaubt Beziehungsweise nur nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter.
Die Gas-Kosten sind nicht in der Miete vorhanden und belaufen sich auf ca. 50€ pro Monat.
