Der Bahnhof und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Zur Uni und FH sind es etwa 15 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Fahrrad.
Wer gern im Grünen läuft oder radelt, findet die Parkanlagen der Stadt fast vor der Haustür.
