I am looking for a roommate from 1st February 2024 (for long term or short term) in my 68 sqm family apartment as my roommate is leaving Erlangen to start his PhD at Stuttgart. It is a 3-room apartment at Isarstrasse 2 in 91052 Erlangen, Germany. The apartment has a south balcony and is located on the 8th floor of a high-rise building. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and so on which can be used. A large living room equipped with a dining table, television, and sofa will also be shared. In addition, there is a small storage room, which can be closed with a door. Two elevators provide easy access to the floor. All rooms are flooded with light. Access to the balcony is through the living room. Your personal room is 12 sqm and furnished with a single bed, pillow, mattress, reading table, chair, wardrobe, table fan, and a cloth stand. Internet connection with 100 Mbps from M.net is also available. A cellar compartment also belongs to the apartment which offers additional storage space.

The monthly rent of 490 € includes all the costs (rent, electricity, internet and radio bills).
