Hallo,
da ich und mein Mitbewohner während der oben angegebenes Zeit nicht in Erlangen leben werden, suchen wir einen Zwischenmieter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, Bad und einer Kochnische. Ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Zudem gibt es eine Tiefgarage mit Fahrradabstellplatz. Man kann aber genauso gut an der Straße parken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bruck, gleich neben der Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Auch zum Bahnhof Bruck ist es nicht weit (500m). Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist also kein Problem.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Aldi, Rewe, Bäcker) sind nicht weit entfernt.
