I like to sublease my fully furnished studio flat from the 1st of August onward. I have been living here for almost three years during my research at FAU. Now the time comes to leave the country and leave my beautiful/relax/comfortable flat. The flat has an amazing location in Bruck. The Lidl and Franky are just 20 meters far from the house. There is also two gas station very close to the house. The flat come with balcony/bathroom/attached kitchen/basement/parking. It's a clean, new and furnished apartment. There is some furniture that I bought during my stay, but they are negotiable to keep or sell them out.
So what else you want to know about the flat, I would suggest to come and see this spot after getting an appointment. You would love this since as an international student, I know this is the most difficult part of the settlement in Erlangen.
The total rent includes the utilities (central heating, water, garbage, cleaning) is 520-530 Euro. TV and electricity are not included in the warm rent cost.
The contract is open-ended, and the landlord prefers a long-term lease (at least six months to one year).

10 minutes on Bike to TechFak, and 10 minutes on bike to city center. Bus stop 285, 294 and 286 just in 5 minutes walk.
I bought couple of furniture like sofa table, TV, chair, kitchen materials and washing-machine that I can sell in very low price. If you didn't like it then I can sell it.
The landlord is a nice man who lives very close by. He is very supportive, and you won't feel any sort of problem with his management. You can ask anything required for the room without any hesitation from him.
