Ab Februar 2019 suchen wir einen oder mehrere Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung. Es ist eine schöne 70qm Wohnung im Erdgeschoss in einem 4 Parteien-Haus. Zu der Wohnung gehören: 2 kleinere Zimmer ca. 12qm, 1 größeres Zimmer mit ca. 25qm und Durchgang zum halben Zimmer mit ca. 18qm, eine separate Küche mit Einbauküche inkl. Elektroherd mit Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken. Fotos der Wohnung folgen noch.
From February 2019, we are looking for a new tenant for our apartment. It is a nice 70sqm apartment on the ground floor in a 4 party house. The apartment includes: 2 smaller rooms about 12sqm, 1 larger room with about 25sqm and passage to the half room with about 18sqm, a separate kitchen with fitted kitchen including electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Osten Erlangens. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs ( Kaufland, Aldi Süd, dm) sowie Bushaltestellen mit Anbindung zur Innenstadt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Min. Zu Fuß). Öffentliche PKW-Stellplätze befinden sich vorm Haus an der Straße und Fahrradstellplätze sind im Hof vorhanden.
The apartment is located in Erlangen East. Shops of the daily need (Kaufland, Aldi south, dm) as well as bus stops with connection to the city center are close (3 min on foot). Public parking spaces in front of the house. Bicycle parking in the yard.
(Heizungs-)Strom, GEZ und Internet müssen selbst angemeldet werden. Übernahme einiger Möbel möglich. WG-geeignet, gerne Studenten als Mieter
