ich suche einen Nachmieter ab 01.11.09 für meine sehr schöne und charmante 3-Zimmerwohnung. Ich bin damals als Student nach Erlangen gezogen und habe mich sofort in die Wohnung verliebt. Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus (Künstlerehepaar), es sind sehr tolle und unstressige Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat Parkettboden, einen Balkon und eine Riesen-Dachterasse!! Digitales Satellitenfernsehen ist vorhanden.
Die komplette Küche (richtig schön groß, mit Ceranherd und Spülmaschine) belasse ich in der Wohnung und möchte hierfür ca. € 800 Ablöse(könnt ihr später auch weiterverkaufen).
