Die Lage und die Größe zu dem Preis sind ziemlich gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG einer Doppelhaushälfte und besteht aus Flur, Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wohnfläche 40qm. Sie ist voll möbliert inkl. Waschmaschine und Küchenutensilien, außerdem sind Telefon und Internet im Preis inbegriffen. Im Hof ist Platz, um ein Fahrrad abzustellen. Das Verhältnis zu den Nachbarn ist gut, der Vermieter kümmert sich zuverlässig bei Problemen.
