Da ich aus meiner Wohnung ausziehe, biete ich sie zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Schlafsofa, einem schönen Holztisch und Regalen , Stauraum sit vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Bett 140 x 200 cm. Es gibt eine kleine, aber feine Küche. Und ein Bad mit Dusche! Auch alles zum Kochen ist da.
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Zollhausviertel, in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Netto etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Man ist zu Fuß in etwa 12 Minuten am Bahnhof. Busse fahren direkt von hier. Der Bohlenplatz ist ganz in der Nähe, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt..!
Die Nachbarn im Haus sind alle sehr nett. Es gibt eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen schönen Innenhof, der genutzt werden kann. Wenn Ihr etwas zum Überbrücken bei der Wohnungssuche sucht, meldet Euch, eventuell ist auch ein anderer Zeitraum (kürzer oder länger) möglich. Ich freue mich über Emails! Martin
