Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer mit ca 23 qm jeweils mit einem großen Balkon, und ein kleines Zimmer mit 12 qm.
1983 in Splitlevel aufteilung gebaut, hat man eine gewisse räumliche Distanz zueinander.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer und eine "Gäste-WC" . Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es noch 2 kleine Abstellräume.
Von den Balkonen aus schaut man auf einen Dachgarten und das Amtsgericht. Das Kleine Zimmer auf den sehr großen und offenen Innenhof.
Zentraler geht es einfach nicht, außer Du suchst dir was direkt am Marktplatz und erträgst den Lärm.... Dadurch dass die Wohnung leicht versetzt zur Südlichen Stadtmauerstr liegt, ist es ruhig ohne beengendes Hinterhoffeeling.
