Die Wohnung besteht aus einen grossen Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, separater Küche (Einbauküche), eigenem Bad (mit Badewanne) und Keller. Die Wohnfläche beträgt circa 50 qm, die Wohnung ist sehr hell und komplett renoviert. Wir zahlen warm 530€ im Monat und haben wir eine Kaution in Höhe von 530€ abgegeben. Die Küche hattet schon eine Kühlschrank und ein Spülmaschine, also die kriegen die Nachmietern umsonst. Wir nehmen gerne unsere Möbel mit also die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, wir konnten jedoch eine Vereinbarung treffen wenn die Nachmietern etwas halten wollten. Emoticono smile
Über der Lage, die Wohnung findet sich in sieglitzhof, in der nähe von der Markus Kirche, mit einfacher Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Apotheke, Kiosk, Tankstelle und so weiter). Die Uni Fakultäten sind nicht mehr als 10 min. zu Fahrrad weit weg und Hbf 15 min. (wie Erlangen-zentrum). Die Bus-Haltestelle ist ebenfalls an die Ecke.
