Hallo,
ich suche eine anständige renovierte Wohnung innerhalb 4km Umkreis zur Innenstadt. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, denn ich bin Nicht-Raucher und habe auch keine Haustiere.
Besonders wichtig ist mir ein sauberes Bad und eine Einbauküche. Ich möchte gerne für 2-5 Jahre bleiben. Ein Parkplatz wäre von Vorteil.
Einzugsdatum bin ich flexibel.
Eine Lage direkt an einer Hauptstrasse kommt für mich nicht in Frage, eine Balkon/Terasse/Garten würde ich bevorzugen.
