Viel Stauraum durch geräumigen Schrank und kleinem Flur. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden - siehe Fotos. In den Nebenkosten sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten, die für Strom, Wasser Heizung und Internet/wlan anfallen. Im Keller befindet sich die Waschmaschine, die nur vom Mieter des Apartments genutzt wird. Ebenso kann ein Fahrrad im Keller abgestellt werden. Mietdauer kann nach Bedarf angepasst werden.

The apartment for one person has its own entrance and mailbox as well as internet connection and WiFi. It is just like a small flat. The apartment has a tiny corridor with some storrage space, a bathroom with a shower, although towels are included. The livingroom has a couch which is transformable to a bed for two persons, although it has sheets for the bed, a working desk, small dining table with chairs, one armchair and a super big closet. The kitchen has all necessary equipment. The additional costs include all costs incurred for electricity, water, heating and internet/wifi. In the basement is the washing machine, which is only used by the tenant of the apartment. A bicycle can also be parked in the basement.
Rental period can be adjusted as required.
