Ich möchte meine komplett möblierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten, da ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe.
Die Daten sind etwas flexibel, das heißt, wenn du später einziehen möchtest oder etwas länger bleiben möchtest, kann man darüber sprechen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: bis auf meine Musikanlage und den Plattenspieler bleiben alle elektronischen Geräte in der Wohnung (zB Fernseher, Wii, Toaster, Staubsauger, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Reiskocher, Rührgerät, Mini-Küchenmaschine). In der Küche ist ebenfalls alles (und noch mehr) vorhanden, was man zum kochen, backen etc. braucht. Auch meinen Sodastream kannst du gerne nutzen. In der Küche bieten die Regale, Schränke und Schubladenschränke genug Stauraum für Lebensmittel und alles weitere.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit Stühlen sowie ein bequemes Ecksofa, was bei Bedarf zur Schlafcouch erweitert werden kann. Bezüglich Deko und Pflanzen können wir bei Interesse individuell abklären, was in der Wohnung verbleibt.
Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem 1,60m Doppelbett, einem großen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl (nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen), Schubladenschrank und Regal, einer großen Kleiderstange sowie einer geräumigen Kommode mit ausreichend Stauraum.
Im Badezimmer sind WC, Waschbecken, ein großer Schrank sowie Badewanne mit Regendusche vorhanden.
Der Flur, durch den man Zutritt zu Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer erhält, besitzt einen Schrank für Haushaltskram (Staubsauger, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc), ein großes Schuhregal sowie eine Garderobe. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind Leiter, Bügeleisen & Bügelbrett sowie ein Wäscheständer. Meine Waschmaschine steht im Keller und kann ebenfalls benutzt werden.
Die Mietzahlung beträgt insgesamt 480€. Darin sind Gas-, Strom-, und Internetkosten enthalten. Gas und Strom werden bedarfsbasiert abgerechnet, wenn die Rechnungen kommen. ich zahle aktuell für Gas und Strom ca 60€ monatlich.

I want to sublet my 2 room appartment in Essen-Holsterhausen from August until the end of July 2023, as I´m spending a year abroad. The dates are a bit flexible, if you want to stay a little longer or move in a little bit later, we can talk about it.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you´ll need: except for the sound system and the record player, all electronic devices will stay in the flat (including television, Wii, vacuum cleaner, microwave, toaster, water boiler, rice cooker etc)
The kitchen is fully equipped as well, you will find everything you´ll need to cook and bake and there is enough space to store your food etc.
The living room has a big table with chairs, and a comfy sofa that can be extended to a sofa bed as well as a big TV.
The bedroom has a big 1,6m double bed, a big desk with an office chair, a big clothes rail and a chest of drawers as well as a night stand with a lamp.
In the bathroom you will find WC, a bathtub (with the possibility to shower as well), a sink and a big wall cupboard.
The hallway of the apartment, from which you can enter the bed-, bath- and living room, holds a closet (which contains cleaning utensils and can be used for jackets, etc) , a shoe rack and hanger for jackets.
A clothes horse, ladder, iron and ironing board are there as well.
My washing mashine is in the basement and can be used by you as well.
The monthly rent is 480€ and includes the costs for gas, power and internet as well. The costs for gas and power will be calculated based on your use at the end of the rent period, so the final costs depend on your usage. As a comparison; I pay about 60€ for gas and power currently.
The sublet will need to sign a sublet agreement.
