Schöne zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon!!!! Top Lage!

Wir haben eine vollausgestattete Küche mit kleinem Esstisch, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und zwei möblierte Zimmer, beide mit einem großen Bett. Außerdem hat ein Zimmer einen Balkon! Wir lassen natürlich ein paar Sachen über die zwei Monate da, aber ihr habt für eure Dinge auf jeden Fall genug Platz!!
Statt eines Fernsehers gibt es ein riesiges Bücherregal!

Unter der Wohnung ist ein Kulturverein ansässig, im Haus leben viele Künstler.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral direkt am U- und S-Bahnhof Herrmannstraße, also eine super Anbindung an den Ring (S-Bahn) und Richtung Mitte und Kreuzberg mit der U8.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwischen zwei und fünf Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr belebt (in der Wohnung ist es allerdings ruhig), es gibt viele Bars und das Tempelhoferfeld (der stillgelegte, riesige Flughafen) ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es gibt EINEN Besichtigungstermin, nach Absprache mit Mirjam, meiner Mitbewohnerin, könnt ihr aber im Notfall auch einen anderen Termin ausmachen.

Der Termin ist:

Dienstag, 21.05 von 18-19.30

Bitte ruft vorher kurz an! Ihre Nummer ist die, die unten angegeben ist.
Wir würden es natürlich bevorzugen, die gesamte Wohnung zu vermieten. Wenn eine oder einer von euch aber nur ein Zimmer möchte, können wir auch versuchen, das andere Zimmer zu vermieten.

The flat is located directly at S- and U-Bahn station Hermannstraße with perfect connections to the Ringbahn and Mitte/Kreuzberg with the U8.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, a cute little bath with bathtub and shower, two furnished rooms (tables, beds, chairs etc.), one with a big bed. One of the rooms has a small balcony.
Instead of a TV there is a huge bookshelf in the hallway.
Besides there are a couple of dressers you can use too!

Below the flat there is a culture-center, meaning most of the time there is no-one below you and you don't have to watch your steps.
The house is full of young creative people (which is the idea of the landlord).

Shopping possibilities are located within 2-minutes walking distance.
The neighborhood is full of life with many bars around, e.g. the Laica. The famous Tempelhofer Feld (old airport, now park) is only a 10-minutes-walk away. The royal Körner-Park is even closer.
Around the corner, @ Leuchtstoff, you'll get the best coffee and croissants in whole Berlin!

I will leave some of my stuff, but I'll take care that it is out of your way.
All kitchen supplies, washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc is for you to use!

The data:
The flat is available from the 1st of June until the 31st of July.
You can rent the whole flat or just one room.
(If you rent just one room, we'll find someone else for the other!)
Of course we prefer to rent out the whole flat at once.
But if you are alone and don't need two rooms, you can find a flatmate for yourself if you want to.
Or have visitors all the time!

We have a date to look at the flat:
Tuesday, the 21st at 6-7:30 pm

Or you can call and arrange an alternative date.
As I am already away please arrange with my lovely flat mate Mirjam who is leaving the flat for you on the 29th.
