Ich lebe in der Wohnung seit Mai 2018 und ziehe leider aus beruflichen Gründen um. Daher würde gerne meine Sachen soweit wie möglich nicht mehr mitnehmen und in der Wohnung lassen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hell im Moltkeviertel - bis zum Hauptbahnhof Essen sind es nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tram-Haltestellen und div. Gaststätten nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Der Mietpreis versteht sich als Warmmiete inkl. Nebenkosten. Hinzu kommen noch 25 € für Strom und 20 € für Gas.
