Wir suchen einen neuen Nachmieter für unsere zentral gelegene 80m2 Wohnung in Feldkirch (Altstadt-Nähe). Mietbeginn ist spätestens 01.03.2018, geht aber auch schon früher. Anbei ein paar Bilder.
Gerne könnt ihr euch im Januar 2018 (ab 03.01.2018) die Wohnung anschauen kommen.
Die Wohnung:
2 seperate, gleichgroße Zimmer (jeweils ca. 15 m2)
insgesamt ca. 80 m2 groß, raumhohe Fenster mit teilweise Außen- und Innenschalusie.
GroßesWohn/esszimmer mit Küche (40m2 ca). Bad und WC getrennt. Tiefgaragenplatz (im Haus) ist möglich dazu zu mieten (60EUR)
Mitten in Feldkirch Stadt, aber außerhalb der Altstadt- beste Lage zwischen Zug/Bus und Altstadt. 8 min zu Fuss für alles was man braucht
Wir suchen jemanden als Nachmieter der fixes Einkommen hat und gerne die zentrale Lage an Feldkirch schätzt. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und kann gut zu zweit bewohnt werden.
Kaltmiete: 720,-EUR , Nebenkosten 238,-EUR, Stadtwerke FK 42,- EUR, BK-Tiefgarage 13,- EUR.
Gesamtmiete: 1007,38 EUR.
