wie auch der gr. Einbaukleiderschrank (genug Stauraum für 2Pers). Zusätzl. Platz für z.b. Schuhschrank vor der Wohnungstür im Treppenhaus.
Gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne, Spiegel & integrierten Ablagen - leicht sauberzuhalten.
Balkon ist groß genug um zu zweit gemütlich draußen zu sitzen.
