Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, großem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnküche hat eine versteckte Küchenzeile in einem Schrank, einen Esstisch und eine Schlafcouch. Das Badezimmer hat zwar kein Fenster, aber dafür eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist ca. 45 m2 groß.
Die Vermieterin lebt nebenan. Hier kann man den Garten, sowie die Waschmachine mitbenutzen. Eine Tierallergie sollte man allerdings nicht haben.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Piazza Beccaria, 5 Minuten zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, in 20 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof (Stazione SNM). Supermärkte und Apotheken in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte. Wer zum Forschen kommt, ist in ca. 5 Minuten am Archivio di Stato, 15 Minuten am Kunsthistorischen Institut in Florenz, etc.
Ich gebe meine Wohnung nur ungern ab, aber mein Stipendium läuft aus und es geht Ende Juli zurück nach Deutschland. Bei Fragen am besten eine Nachricht schreiben, da ich tagsüber nur schwer telefonisch erreichbar bin (Archiv und Bibliothek).
