Wir bieten hier eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Miete an. Die Wohnung ist frei für den Erstbezug. Es gibt keine Küche. Anschlüsse für Spülbecken, Spülmaschine, Herd und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es handelt sich um ein uraltes renoviertes kleines Häuschen im Dorfkern. In der Nähe kann beim Bauern, Milchautomat und Bäcker eingekauft werden. Das Mieten der Wohnung beinhaltet ein relativ nahes Zusammenleben auf einem Hof. Wir (m 38, w 34) sind eine kleine Familie mit zwei Mädels (3 und 1) und WG erfahren, bieten die Wohnung aber bewusst als eigenständige Wohnung an! Die Gartenmitbenutzung ist möglich, wir nutzen den Garten mit Freude zum Anbau von Obst und Gemüse für den sommerlichen Eigenbedarf. Wir freuen uns auf interessante Bewerber!
