Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Dresdener Platz.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und durch den Holzfußboden auch sehr gemütlich :-)
Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Hochbett, dass bei Bedarf drin gelassen werden kann, außerdem habe ich eine kleine Waschmaschine, die du auch übernehmen könntest.
Ich würde die Wohnung entweder ganz aufgeben oder für ein Semester utervermieten.
The flat is directly at the Dresdener Platz.
It's very light and because of the wood flooring you feel very homely :-)
In the sleeping room there is a loft bed which could stay if you want. I also have a small washingmachine which you could have.
I would give up the flat or also subrent it for six or eight month.
Man ist super an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Tram, unter anderem auch die 3 direkt zur Uni.
Bis zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 3 Min zu Fuß.
There is a great connection to Tram, Busses and Trains. Directly in front of the flat there is the Tram going, also the 3 which is going directly to the University.
To the train station you need around 3 minutes by food.
