Die Wohnung eignet sich für Familien, aber auch für Studierende. Sie kann als WG genutzt werden (idealerweise als 2er WG, da das dritte Zimmer als Wohnzimmer gedacht ist).
Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Innenhof.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die nächstgelegene Tram/Bus Station (Dresdener Platz) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Zentrum kann man laufen, aber auch die Tram nehmen (ca. 10min). Zur Europa-Universität Viadrina fährt die Tram 3 direkt vom Dresdener Platz.
