Hallo,
wir ziehen aus. Wer hat Interesse. Lässt sich wirklich schön hier wohnen. Sind schon am ausziehen und deswegen leider nicht mehr so oft zu erreichen, aber immer gern anrufen oder vorbeikommen. Hab keine Zeit mehr gehabt das große Zimmer mit Balkon zu Fotografieren. Fotos sind noch aus Zeit, wo ich einen Mitbewohner für das kleine Zimmer gesucht hab.

Die Fürstenwalder Straße ist schräg hinter kleistforum und kleistpark in einem der schönsten Wohnviertel am Stadtzentrum. D.h. Einkauf, Uni oder Bahnhof ist alles in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert, mit aufwändiger Fassade, hat bereits eine passable Einbauküche mit Herd, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank drin. In der Küche kann man auch gut mit mehrenen Leuten sitzen. Bad ist gefließt, mit Badewanne. Großes Zimmer mit mind 24 qm und großem Balkon zur Straße raus.
