We are moving abroad for some months and have a flat to let: a fully furnished 2-room flat (64sq.m) with a balcony on the 1st floor (of a 7 floor building with elevator) in Bad Soden am Taunus. In the basement, there is a swimming pool, sauna and a small gym for residents only (included in the administrative costs), the price includes a parking place in front of the building, satellite TV. There is a DSL internet connection in the flat.
The flat is availiable from December 20, 2012 till July 15, 2013.
A very nice green town, 25 min by S-Bahn from Frankfurt Central Station.
Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.
