A light and modern two room apartment, right outside the city center.
The building is relatively old, but with modern renovations such as bathroom, windows and floor, the apartment appears modern and in standard condition.
You have to be in moderate shape, since there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 5th floor. However the view when you get to the top is worth the climb!
I have to add that the janitor is a fantastic man, and will help out with anything. He lives on the first floor in the building and are usually fast and conveniently there whenever you need him for something.
The landlord does not allow pets or WG.

250 euro is for the fridge and the washing machine. The washing machine was bought new 1 1/5 years ago. The little fridge was bought from the previous owner, and works very well.

A short 5 min walk to Kirchplatz Ubahn stop, U6 and U7 takes you directly to the city center within 10 min. The S bahn Westbahnhof is also 7 a comfertable 7 min walk away. Great facilities close bye, with parks for running/walking and public pools.
