Ich biete meine schön geschnittene 3-Zimmwerwohnung zur Nachmiete an.
Die Wohnung misst 85m², die Zimmer sind also recht groß: 2x20m² und 1x16m² wobei eines der Zimmer ein Durchganszimmer ist und sich als Wohnzimmer anbietet. Super geeignet für eine 2er WG! Die gemütliche Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Am besten Ihr macht euch ein eigenes Bild und schaut euch die Wohnung einfach mal an!
Für die Küche (inkl. neuer Waschmaschine), die ich in jedem Fall dalassen will hätte ich gerne einen Abstand von 700€.
Die Miete von 948€ ist komplett warm, inkl. Strom, Gas, Wasser und Telefon was auch übernommen werden muss.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 17 (Haltestelle "An der Dammheide") fährt gleich um die Ecke. Der Westbahnhof ist in 8Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Autofahrer: Der Katharinenkreisel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung und man hat eine super Anbindung an die Autobahn.
