The bright one-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor with a view of the Taunus (north side of the building) and is equipped with bed (including linen box), shelves, three large built in wardrobes, desk, bar table & stools völlstänidg furnished.
A kitchenette with two hot plates, a microwave, refrigerator and sink is also available. The bathroom has a toilet, walk in shower and underfloor heating.
The specified I rent includes apartment rent (warm), furniture rental and concierge service and Internet Flat! There are no additional costs!

Das Headquarter liegt im Stadtteil Bockenheim der Metropole Frankfurt. Zunächst Hauptquartier der Amerikanischen Army beherbergte das Gebäude im Folgenden das Verwaltungsgericht Frankfurt und wurde vor 2 Jahren grundsaniert und zu einem Wohnheim für Studenten und Azubis umfunktioniert.
Gleich vor der Tür befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Adalbert-/Schlossstraße der Linie 16. Jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß findet sich in der einen Richtung die U-Bahn-Station Bockenheimer Warte, sowie in der anderen Richtung der Bahnhof West.
Eine Sparkasse, ein Lidl und ein Netto sind ebenfalls binnen 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Einkaufsmeile Leipziger Straße findet sich ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
The headquarters is located in Bockenheim in the city of Frankfurt. First, the headquarters was at the American Army building housed below the Administrative Court of Frankfurt and was fully refurbished 2 years ago and turned into a dormitory for students and trainees.
Just outside the door is the tram stop Adalbert-/Schlossstraße line 16 . Within 5 minute walk can be found in the one direction the subway station Bockenheimer Warte, and in the other direction, the West Station.
A Sparkasse bank, a Lidl and a netto can also be reached within 3 minutes.
The shopping street Leipziger Straße is also a 5 minute walk.
Ich habe das Apartment als Erstbezieher sehr gut gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und leise.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es in einem separaten (nur mit Schlüssel zugänglichen) Wäscheraum mit Gelegenheit zum Aufstellen von Wäscheständern.
Eine große Dachterrasse lädt zum abendlichen Beisammensein ein.Diverse Gruppenräume (Billard, Fitness, Kino) stehen allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung.
I have the apartment very well maintained and kept clean. The neighbors are all very friendly and quiet.
Washers and dryers are available in a separate (accessible only with a key) laundry room with opportunity for setting up clothes horses.
A large roof terrace ideal for evening gatherings. Diverse group rooms (billiards, fitness, cinema) are available to all residents.
P.S: Einzugsdatum kann auch ab 10. Oktober oder 1. November sein.
You can also move in from 10 October any date as you please
I am also open for a zwischen miete from November 1 to December 31.
