Wir suchen nach einen Nachmieter/in ab den 01.11.2020 für unsere möblierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung (mit Balkon) an der Bockenheimer Warte. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herzbegehrt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger zentraler Lage, ist sehr gut geschnitten und eignet sich hervorragend als WG. Beide Zimmer sind getrennt von einander es handelt sich somit um kein Durchgangszimmer. Gegen eine Ablösebetrag kannst du die Wohnung direkt möbliert (Betten, Schränke, Einbauküche, Waschmaschine) übernehmen.
Bitte beachte, dass es für den Vermieter wichtig ist, dass du entweder ein unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag oder Studium Bescheinigung vorweisen kannst.

The flat is situated in a calm, central neighborhood. Furthermore, the apartment is very well cut and is ideal as a shared flat. For a additional payment you can take over the apartment directly furnished (beds, wardrobe, fitted kitchen, washing machine).
Please note that it is important for the landlord that you have either a permanent employment contract or study certificate.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral direkt an der Bockenheimer Warte. Du benötigst nur wenige Gehminuten (3 Minuten) zur U-Bahn (U4/U6/U7), Straßenbahn 16, Buslinien (32, 36, 50, 75) und großen Supermärkten (Rewe, Netto, Alnatura). Außerdem überzeugt die Bockenheimer Warte mit zahlreichen gemütlichen Restaurants und Kaffees.
