Für meine traumhafte 2-Zimmerwohnung in Bockenheim (nähe Kirchplatz) suche ich einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist rund 43qm groß, Dachgeschoss im 5. Stock. Dank der Loggia kann man sich herrlich Sonnen und hat einen super Ausblick über Frankfurt und sogar in den Taunus :)
Es sind eine Einbauküche, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine vorhanden, die übernommen werden können/sollten. (Preis VHB)
Die Wohnung hat komplett Laminat und Fliesen.
Die Wohnung wird von der GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft vermietet.
Daher werden Berufstätige bevorzugt.
Bei Interesse, schreibt mir eine Mail mit ein paar kurzen Angaben von euch und ab wann ihr einziehen könnt.
Top Lage: Die Ubahnstation Kirchplatz ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort fahren U6 und U7 los. SBahn Anschluss bietet der Westbahnhof, der ebenfalls schnell erreichbar ist.
Die Leipziger Straße lädt zum Shoppen, Flanieren und Kaffee-Stopps ein. Alles um die Ecke und insgesamt eine schöne Wohngegend.
Wer gerne laufen geht, ist in 10 Minutem im Niddapark :)
